Project Red Dress features up-and-coming local fashion designers in a Project Runway-inspired event

Right about now, as we anticipate Valentines Day, the country is aglow with nicole kidman baby sling shades of red: crimson hearts, scarlet roses -- and the ruby hues of the second annual Project Red Dress, which takes place on Feb. 13 from 6:30 to 10 p.m., at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
